Still making time for priorities & focusing on yourself is such a hard routine to get into among the chaos, but we can only give your best to others when we treat ourselves right! I for one, do not believe in New Year's Resolutions because if you're going to stick to something, make it your number one priority year round! The thing with "lifting weights" it doesn't take seconds and minutes, it takes years and years of consistency and dedication. When you don't see the results or feel any different, everyday you feel like giving up or what's the point. We all want to be bigger or better ourselves in some way. When you think negative, you will become negative. I am one to talk, as I feel like I'm the most negative person, but nobody is perfect & we all see flaws in ourselves everyday. The only thing you can give yourself is a positive mindset & to take each day by day. When you're trying to be healthy or eating well, or working on any specific goals...it's okay to have faults or slipups, as we are only human.
