I used think everybody had it all figured out as an adult… that’s the biggest myth. People may dream and plan for years in advance, yet they will be forced to take everyday as it comes. That’s the way it is and it’s completely normal. Everyone on this Earth is as clueless as the next. Successful people only differ because they tried again and again and they persevered despite the failures they faced. We don’t know what tomorrow brings, we don’t know if our plan will work out or if our plan is even suitable. The world spins on uncertainty. People can pan out what they’re going to do but in terms of the process… you really don’t know what to expect. Anything can happen so you have to trust the process. Even if you have failed before, you have to see the light. Change the route, but never the destination. The route will configure the best route through the journey and you may change paths several times, but that’s how it’s meant to be. What you learn in theory differs from what actually happens in practice and in reality. “But they plan and Allah plans, and Allah is the best of planners.” - Qur’an [8:30] • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. The jokes on them! 😂😂😂 They fumbled the bag… what a shame. The clean-hearted will always win in the end, remember that. As for the treacherous, sly and opportunistic devils, they’ll suffer. It’s important to understand like attracts like. So those demons filled with bad energy will face their karma and they will be their own downfall and demise. They would’ve had it coming for them. Being a bad mind individual asking for suicide. If you’re a good person and you’re snaked then it’s their loss. Genuine people are hard to find- they’re a rare, dying breed. Once those people who did you dirty realise the cost of their decision, it’ll be too late. Just don’t be silly enough to let them back in your life or allow them close enough to hurt you again. If you’re bitten by the same snake twice then it’s your fault. Stay genuine and clean-hearted and eventually your surroundings will transform to match the energy you put out. • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. Share with your friends and followers.
No hate in my heart. I wish we all win and see prosperity. Badmind individuals will who pray on others misfortune never get far in life. They end up blocking their own blessings. There’s enough opportunities in this world for everyone to succeed. All it takes is hard work, consistency, persistence and delivery of quality. You have to stay down until you come up. Everyone has their time to shine, you just have to wait on yours. Those people who plot, root and pray on the downfall and failure of others have a scarcity mindset. The reason they envy, hate and pocket watch is because they feel like if you win, they can’t win. What a stupid mindset! You have to understand and believe that there’s enough going around for everyone to eat and live well. Love and support your people because their success should be your success. It should bring you genuine happiness seeing your people win. If not, clean your heart from its darkness. • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. Share with your friends and followers.
Nipsey Hussle on the law of attraction. Thoughts ARE powerful. What exists physically first existed mentally. Every product that you see was once a concept panned out on a blueprint. If the mind can construct a visual image of it in your mind then it’s possible to create that and in bring it into reality. Otherwise, why would God give us such power? Things WILL turn out exactly how you visualise it. Like Nipsey said it may not happen in the time frame you expect it to, but nonetheless it will happen. Bare in mind, the hours you put in may not be reflected in your current position but, you’re still in debt, and the currency here is time. Continue working and wait for it all to pay off. Man overestimates what he can achieve in a day, underestimates what he can achieve in a lifetime. Consistency + Persistency + Quality = Success Be sure to make your visions clear. Know precisely what you want and go for it. When chasing your dream you have to be relentless with the pursuit. Don’t ever let up, foot on the pedal and apply pressure! Turn your dreams to reality. • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. Share with your friends and followers.
“Sometimes you have to take two steps back to take ten forward.” - Nipsey Hussle Taking a step back may mean you have to re-walk a path you’ve already trodden, but in the process you walk with an experienced mind. When you take a step back, you get to see the pull picture, not just a focused area of the picture. You get to take in more information which can be used to your advantage. You can premeditate your moves to ensure a higher likelihood of success. Sometimes slowing your self down and stopping yourself in your tracks allows you to observe and analyse. This helps you leap several steps ahead. It’s a bit like an arrow- pulled back initially, but then catapulted upon release of pressure. • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. “If you look at the people in your circle and don’t get inspired, then you don’t have a circle… you have a cage.” - Nipsey Hussle Your closest friends make up your circle, they’re the ones whom you spend the most time with. They have can either directly or indirectly influence you. “You're the average of the five people spend the most time with.” Remember, iron sharpens iron. Hang around inspired friends, you’ll become inspired. Hang around intelligent friends, you’ll become intelligent. Then again… hang around unproductive friends, you’ll become unproductive. Don’t underestimate the the power and effects your friends can have. • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. Share with your friends and followers.

Get the job done, but make sure you’re doing the right job in the first place. There’s no point working at 100mph and moving speedily if you’re only moving more and more distant from your final destination. Taking the wrong path and going fast is far more damaging than choosing the correct path and taking your time. Get it right by planning. Remember, proper planning prevents piss-poor performance. Once you’ve had the vision, set the goal, prepared for the obstacles and set out the route then things become so much easier. Once you’re locked in the right direction you can go at a much faster speed without a worry and that‘s because you’ll be making progress. Brian Tracy says: “Every minute you spend in planning saves 10 minutes in execution.” So make sure you’re prepared enough to get things right in the first few attempted. You want to maximise chances of success and minimise the likelihood of failure. • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. Share with your friends and followers.
Do you water dead plants? No! Successful relationships, friendships and associations work based on reciprocity. That means what you give, you get back. Energy should work like a mirror; it should be reflected. This goes for good and bad energy. Input = Output If you’re not getting the slightest bit of energy back then it’s in your best interest to back off. Invest your energy where there’s a return. Don’t “water” and feed these type of people because they only take, take, take and they never give. It’s all imbalanced. Cut off all the deadweight because that’s what’s best for you and your well-being. You can’t be carrying all of that, it’s not fair to take on that burden, it’ll hold you back and limit you. Protect your energy by not wasting it. • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. Share with your friends and followers.
Multi-billionaire Mark Cuban on the most common reasons as to why people fail. He believes the reasons are: 1. Lack of brains 2. Lack of effort It’s possible to develop brains; you’ve got to learn. You’ve got to be in the loop. You’ve got to be with the times. That’s the way you stay on top of the game. It’s a competition. You’ve got to make sure you’re moving at the same pace as them to maintain or you’re going harder to surpass them. Effort is necessary. That’s what it comes down to at the end of the day. Trying. Putting in the actual work and execution. Actions always speak louder than words. If you aren’t don’t want it then someone else will take it; remember that the world is filled with hungrier people who are waiting on an opportunity. • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. It’s not about this, that or the other… It’s ALWAYS about the principle. A principle is a value. It’s a rule to be followed. It’s a law. Principles are the foundation of a man’s behaviour and conduct. If a person doesn’t have and follow strong principles then they’ll crumble and fold under the slightest pressure. Principles make a man. The lack of principles break a man. The situation can be so small, but the principle could be big as hell. Keep and eye out for a person’s behaviour. They will show you the red flags… if you’re observant enough. If a person is willing to abandon or compromise their principles over small situation then what would they do over the big, serious situations? You can only imagine. It’s best to protect yourself by looking for indicators revealing a person’s true character. It will save you from hurtful and sticky situations that could occur some time down the line. • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. Share with your friends and followers.

WATCH WHO YOU BRING IN AND AROUND YOU. Talk is cheap. People can say this and that but the truth will be sugar coated so it’s palatable for you or you’ll be straight but sweet-talked and lied to. Don’t fall for any bullsh*t and look deeper into things. Words are who a person wants to be, not who they actually are. Actions speaks louder than word, but still you can be fooled. Perhaps, they’ll act one way in public and around you, but then act differently in private. Who a person is when they’re in private is who they really are- that’s their true self. Make sure their actions are in line with their words, of course, but still precaution. Patterns mean everything. Humans create habits. They have good habits, they have bad habits. Whichever way you flip it, they have habits and they will follow patterns. The pattern they show is who they really are so be observant of them. Don’t be sold dreams. If someone or something seems too good to be true then it probably is. This is real life where things ain’t sweet. Those dreams will turn out to be nightmares that will haunt you. At the end of the day… take things for what they are, not what you’d like them to be. • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. Share with your friends and followers.
Riding solo. That’s just the way I like it. I’m naturally a lone wolf so I’m very particular with those I allow into my life. I prefer to do things by myself because when I have a vision I know only I can deliver to a certain standard because I have an exact image in my mind of what I want. Obviously, if there comes a situation where I need to work alongside someone then I will collaborate with them. However, if I can get the job done efficiently myself then I will because I know I will meet my expectations and I won’t be disappointed. Anyways, don’t force any relationship, friendship or association. If it’s meant to be it will be because like attracts like and people who are similar to you will gravitate towards you. It’s better to be alone and move dolo than to be surrounded by people who you don’t like. Real love will always be better than fake love. • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. Jordan Peterson on what type of friends you want in your life. You want friends that are: 1. Genuinely happy when good comes your way (not bitter, resentful and two-faced ) 2. Supportive of you (don’t undermine your achievements ) 3. Caring for you (look to help you as opposed comparing your situation to something “worse” ) 4. Attentive and they listen to you 5. Loving and want the best for you If a friendship isn’t built upon strong foundation and made with substance and meanings than its weak and will collapse some time down the line. If two individuals aren’t compatible as friends then it’s best, for the both of them, to walk away. You want to get rid of toxicity from your life and one of the best ways to do that is work on yourself but how can you do that if you’re surrounded by harmful and draining individuals that you consider friends? Pick your circle wisely because you’re the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. Share with your friends and followers.
Core values are what I define a person by. Their morals and principles let you know everything you need to know about them. A person’s morals and principles are what they should stand by, stand for and live by. If they aren’t strong then neither is the person. I consider core values as something of paramount importance since it gives an indication of a person’s character and as we know character speaks- it says a whole lot about a person. If a person’s morals a negotiable then that means you as an partner or associate of this person are nothing but a tool which they can use for the moment and throw away later. You will always be expendable to them. A person with good character will treat you right and as you in accordance to their values. Their values become their nature. The way they act becomes natural. Don’t hang with those with negotiable morals because they’ll compromise. Someone who will compromise on something like their values will compromise on everything and they’ll leave you for dead. You’ve got to protect yourself by being aware of these things from the jump. No amount of money, no level of status/fame or no amount of attention should cause a person to compromise on their morals. Ethics over everything! • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. Share with your friends and followers.
Communication over arguments. Logic and reasoning over emotions. A lot of the time people argue when it comes to a matter as opposed to communicating. Arguments are an exchange of diverging views and are typically aggressive and heated. Arguments need a winner where one point of view is stronger than the other point of view. Arguments create negative energy and you don’t want that. Communication is still an exchange but it’s done for the purpose of comprehension. Both parties should walk away being enlightened with a wider perspective that they appreciate, even though they may not entirely agree with it. Communication is for grown folk. You can kill more arguments when you understand the power of “I’m not explaining myself anymore” and when you walk away. If you entertain the clowns then you’re just as much a part of the circus. Don’t step out of character and don’t get tricked out of your position. For people that insist on ONLY seeing through their lens of perception and understanding learn to dead the conversation because the problem is if you engage in conversation you’re going to lose because they’ll your engagement as energy to continue ramping on about whatever it may be. Don’t feed into their low vibe nonsense. Save your breathe and protect your energy at all costs. People need to listen to understand, not listen to hear. There’s a difference! Make sure people have to unlock a certain level of thinking before they can discuss things with you. Don’t give away your attention for free because it’s valuable. • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. Share with your friends and followers.
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” - African Proverb There are times when we need to go fast and there are times when we need to go far. You need to see what’s right for you in that particular moment in time. • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. Share with your friends and followers.
Some of us are still authentic, genuine, real or whatever you’d like to call it. You can’t blackmail us or try to threaten us because we are who we are. We’re an open book in terms of our character. We’re comfortable in our own skin and don’t feel the need to be frauds and act like something or someone that we’re not. Real is a dying breed but it’s not dead yet. • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. Share with your friends and followers.
Don’t take it personal. Whether they try highlight your faults, flaws or mistakes in a group setting or on the internet, just know it was for attention. It’s never honourable to throw someone under the bus nor is it honourable to tarnish their reputation. Some of these people attempt to defame you because they think it’ll make them look like the hero. They want the attention so they create the drama. In they had a taste of their own medicine then they’ll play the victim. They want to be seen as innocent people with halos hovering over their head, but really and truly their sly, slick and devious individuals. They’re the perpetrator, but they’ll never admit to it. The correct way to go about addressing someone’s mistakes is: 1. Politely call them to the side 2. Privately discuss what the problem is and the effect it is having 3. Tell them that this advice comes from a good place and you’re not trying to be condescending in any way It’s not good to be insulting and offensive to others. There’s always another way and a better way to handle a situation. Be diplomatic! You want to build bridges, strengthen bonds and uplift each other. You don’t want to create hate and resentment. “Do not ridicule others, perhaps they may be better than you… And do not insult one another and do not call each other offensive nicknames…” - Qur’an [49:11] • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. Secure the bag, but don’t let it corrupt you. Always have a higher purpose. My Dad always told me make a lot money but always keep it in your hand, not your heart. Money isn’t everything. It’s just a means of exchange. You’re basically saying: “Take this piece of paper with perceived value and in exchange give me that product.” Money is needed in life and makes the world go around in some sense but you can’t let it define you as a person. A man is defined by his morals and principles because those are the core values he stands by and stands for. Money is simply a token for freedom or material happiness. You can use money to do what you want, when you want and buy whatever you want. Money makes you rich. This isn’t an excuse to be broke and be an ambition-lacking bum. Money doesn’t make you real and being broken doesn’t make other people haters. You are who you are! There can be rich haters and broke realists. Get money, remain humble and always do things in the name of God. Show thank and gratitude to God always for the opportunities you come across. No amount of money should change who you are as a person. Your character is your character. • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. Share with your friends and followers.
Success is the best revenge. It will hurt them when they don’t get to know the new you. It will hurt them when they can’t do up litty and lifestyle alongside you. It will hurt them when they have to watch from the sidelines as opposed to being in the game with you. All that guilt will come rushing back to them. All you have to do is walk away, work on you and mind your own. It’s that simple! “The best revenge is to improve yourself.” - Ali (RA ) • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. You reap what you sow. What goes around comes around. “Weak people revenge. Strong people forgive. Intelligent people ignore.” - Einstein When your plot and plan on revenge, start by digging two graves: one for your enemy, and one for yourself. Revenge is an emotional reaction and a lot of the time it’ll hurt you more than it hurts your enemy. Don’t die for something that isn’t worth dying for. People will have face karma due to the drama that they create. One day they’ll encounter a person who’s a lot less patient than you and then they’ll get what they rightly deserve. Do the bigger thing and walk away especially if it’s not that deep. • • • Follow @trvthhvrts for more content. Share with your friends and followers.
