Staying active, however you choose and enjoy, is the key to a better quality of life long term and it should be intrinsic for all of us who have the privilege to do so. Leg day has always been my favorite. 🙃 My lifts range from deadlifts, squats, lunges, cable work, machines and a variety of other exercises. I try to mix it up to avoid boredom and keep my muscles guessing. ... What’s your fav leg exercise?
Sunday Funday 🤩 One hour cardio split between stair master(30 min ), elliptical(20 min ) and bike (10 min ). It felt good to sweat my ass off. Well, not literally. That junk is still back there 😆

What do I do at the gym? 🤔 I workout pretty consistently every morning. I see almost the same people there bright and early getting that grind on. I also see some people do the exact same thing EVERY DAY. 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ Props to being there every day. ✊🏻 But, learn a proper workout regimen to get the most out of your workout and build muscle. Slowly getting my back right again. Even though it’s been a year since my shoulder surgery, it continues to be an issue with my lifting. I don’t know if it will ever be 100% again but I’m going to do my part to try and make it happen.
Some people prefer to do juice cleanses and yoga. I’d rather squat, deadlift and eat pizza. 💁🏼♀️

Does the thought of the holidays and those extra pounds freak ya out? 🥺 What if you could start now and keep them from piling on? 🤨 I’ve been there. Eat all the things and then make another resolution to get back to it again. Hoping it will finally stick this time. That cycle sucks. 😣 I’ve been taking this sweet combo of two products to help prevent that cycle from starting and ever happening.
