🍑 Squats 🍑 ⠀ ⠀ I have only just started to get back into barbell squats. Haven’t done them consistently for probably 6 months. I always struggled to push past 60kg as I’d always get stuck at the sticking point ie the bottom. So I just stopped. ⠀ ⠀ I’ve since started using a bench to squat. It acts as a little reminder of your range of motion. Not only that, but it also allows you to focus on shifting your hips back. ⠀ ⠀ Today my training partner @___ashelz___ and I completed...⠀ ⠀ 60kg x 10⠀ 70kg x 10⠀ 80kg x 10⠀ ⠀ It felt good but would ideally like to get a tad lower so my thighs are more parallel to the floor.
